Brian Sieren
Hedging Strategist
Brian Sieren is a hedging strategist with AgMarket.Net. Prior to joining the team, he was with 1st Choice Commodities, helping farmers manage risk on their farms for nearly 15 years. Brian started his career working for Cargill AgHorizons as a farm marketer. While there, he helped merchandise grain and offered risk-management tools to fit the needs of the farmer customers. Brian graduated from Iowa State University with a BS in Production/Operations Management.
The Iowa native was born and raised on his family’s farm in Southeast Iowa. Brian now lives on his wife’s family farm in Schleswig with his wife Mindi and two children. They actively farm and spend a lot of time going to swine shows as their kids are active in showing pigs. Brian enjoys spending time hunting deer, pheasant and coyotes with his friends and family.
