Matt Bennett is a co-founder of AgMarket.Net®, the Farm Division of John Stewart & Associates. He holds a Series 3 brokerage license doing business through the agricultural marketing and consulting firm.

The seventh-generation Central Illinois farmer and livestock producer brings the producer perspective to the table with his extensive grain and livestock marketing background. He specializes in formulating risk-management strategies and customizing marketing plans specific to a producer’s operation for clients throughout the United States.

Matt’s analysis and commentary on the markets can be found on local and national broadcast platforms. This includes: AgDay, Agriculture of America, Bloomberg, the CME Group, Farm Futures, Market to Market, RFD-TV, This Week in AgriBusiness, U.S. Farm Report and more.

The University of Illinois graduate is a Channel Seed marketing consultant. He is also a former grain elevator owner, a business he owned with his family.

Matt and his wife Tiffany live on the family’s centennial farm near Windsor, Illinois and have five kids.
