Laci Schafer is a hedging strategist with AgMarket.Net. She brings more than 20 years of expertise in crop insurance and financial risk management, deeply rooted in Southwest Iowa’s farming community. With a passion for helping producers make informed decisions, she has a deep desire and passion to merge marketing strategies with practical crop insurance solutions.  Laci began her career as a Financial Officer before moving to Crop Insurance in 2008.   She is known for her trusted advice and strategic guidance in the crop and livestock industry.

Laci resides in Villisca, Iowa, with her husband, Brian and two sons. They run a small farming operation and enjoy restoring vehicles, attending local sporting events, and spending summers at the lake.
