We know farming is a stressful business. The risks of things going wrong are massive. From weather to injury, or just day to day breakdowns that cost money and wear you out. Looking at these pics gives many of you a reason to be thankful for what you have and also a reason to pray for those who are struggling.
Sometimes these challenges, and potential cash flow consequences become overwhelming. Never give up. There is always hope, there is always tomorrow, there is always someone out there who knows exactly what you are going through. And most importantly ALWAYS know that you have people who care about you and who love you (even if your brain is telling you otherwise).
If you need someone to talk about your stress levels, call 800-273-8255. At the end of this email, there are more help lines that are geographically targeted for you.
Subject: Aerial pictures from one of our clients
Here is aerial pictures from around here (Fargo to Grandforks). Some crops will be 100% failure. With cost of beet and Potato roughly $1000/acre the loss of a crop could be devastating. The corn and bean crops should do better but there is just no way to know when field conditions and crop moisture will be right. It is going to be a week to week harvest.
